Three useful free tools for planning meetings in different timezones

Setting up meetings is a pain when you need to talk with people in other countries in other timezones. There are a bunch of different tools for planning meetings. Here are three simple free tools you can use to save you time and frustration doing 24.7 global business.
1. World Time Server.com’s World Meeting Planner
2.  Time and Date.com’s  World Clock Meeting Planner
3.  Time Zone Converter’s Event Planner Compare Multiple Time Zones

1. WorldTimeServer.com’s World Meeting Planner

This tool allows you to enter your meeting date, and up to 5 locations and then compare the times  in each location.

Then, choose your locations.

Then you can compare the times for possible meetings in the color-coded matrix.  Day times are n green, early mornings and evenings in brown and night times in pink.

2.  TimeandDate.com’s  World Clock Meeting Planner

This is a similar tool to the one above, with similar color-coded matrix of results. It just compares up to 4 locations. They do have an iPhone app available too.

3.  Time Zone Converter’s Event Planner Compare Multiple Time Zones

This tool allows you to nominate a reference location, date and time and then compare zillions of  different locations to find out the local time in each location.

So, you check the boxes, submit the form – and it tells you what  the equivalent local  time will be in each of those locations for the reference time you selected.

There are lots of these types of tools around. These are some of the tools I use to make quick sense of  24.7 global operations.
Here are the links again.
